Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return with Naked Nutrition, your item must meet all the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days from the date you received the delivery.
- Remain unused, undamaged, and show no signs of wear after delivery.
- Be in a condition that allows us to inspect it properly upon return.
Items that fail to meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following product types are excluded from returns:
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by Naked Nutrition.
Original shipping fees are calculated and shown during checkout and are not refundable.
Refund Process
- When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2-4 business days.
- We will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to complete the refund transaction.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at wessonhigginsifyf@outlook.com. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as your order may already be processed.
